Join instructor, Shanna for a 60-minute session while enjoying the views of White Sand Lake (if weather is not suitable, it will be indoors in Main Lodge). The cost is $15 for the 60-minute session. Suitable for all levels and all ages welcome. Minimum of four people, 24-hour advance reservations need to ensure adequate enrollment. Prepayment by check or cash. Dillman’s guests and locals are welcome to participate.
Flowing yoga breath and asana connected with smooth flowing movements are designed to benefit your physical strength and balance, mental focus/alertness and spiritual well being while releasing stress and providing deep relaxation. This form of exercise develops your external and internal energy systems while building core, heart and immune integrity. This approach is intended for beginners and more experienced practitioners interested in learning practical applications of traditional techniques that will lead you to new levels of health, happiness and creativity.
